1111 Sonoma Avenue, Suite 210
Santa Rosa, CA 95405
in central Santa Rosa, the largest city in Sonoma County. Getting here is
easy, no matter where you're coming from.

If you have flown into San Francisco International Airport, you will need
to head north, through the city of San Francisco. Either major freeway (101
or 280) will work just fine to get you into the city < then, follow the
signs to the Golden Gate Bridge (which itself is Highway 101).
Head north through Marin County and up into Sonoma County. Santa Rosa is
just over an hour from the Golden Gate Bridge.

Head north on Highway 580 and watch for signs to the San Rafael-Richmond
Bridge. Take the bridge across the Bay and let it flow you onto Highway
101-North. Continue northward for about 45 minutes until you're in Santa
Rosa.

So far, so good! You're still on Highway 101. Take Highway 12 (Sonoma
Sebastopol) exit and go toward Sonoma. Take the first exit. Turn left at
the first light and go to Sonoma Avenue. Turn right at this light and go
about 1/4 mile to 1111 Sonoma Avenue which is a large, tan building on the
left. In front will be a block sign with 1111 on it. We are located in
Suite 210.

There are many first-rate hotel accommodations in the area. Hotels give a
substantial discount to our patients. Transportation is provided by our
office. Please call Joy or Judy at 707.528.0911 and we will be glad to make
reservations for you.
